Freight services

What areas does NowPass serve?

We operate daily regional lanes across the Midwest and linehaul to all 48 contiguous states through our carrier network. Chicago is our primary hub.

What freight do you accept?

General dry van freight, palletized LTL, and temperature-controlled food products. We do not haul hazardous materials, household goods, or live animals.

How do I track a shipment?

Active customers receive tracking links at pickup. Contact dispatch at dispatch@nowpass.one for status updates.

Warehousing

Do you offer short-term storage?

Yes. Overflow and seasonal programs are available at our Chicago facility with minimum one-week terms for new accounts.

Can you integrate with our WMS?

We support standard EDI and API integrations for inventory and ASN feeds on contract warehouse accounts.

Billing and claims

How are rates determined?

Spot quotes are based on lane, weight, freight class, fuel surcharge, and accessorials. Contract lanes receive published rate tables. See Services for overview.

What is your cargo liability?

We maintain motor carrier cargo insurance per federal requirements. Specific coverage limits are provided in your signed rate confirmation or contract.

How do I file a damage claim?

Email claims@nowpass.one within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the BOL. Claims are reviewed per NMFC and contract terms.
