Refund Policy

Freight charges are billed per executed shipment per the signed rate confirmation or contract. Prepaid deposits on warehouse services may be refunded for unused capacity if cancelled in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.

Completed transportation services are generally non-refundable. Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of invoice date to billing@nowpass.one.
